The Rhododendron Park Festival

24 till 26 May 2013

The Rhododendron Park, which received recognition as a landmark in 1968, welcomes everybody to the 29th Annual Park Festival. From May to June, every single one of the 200 shrubs blooms. This is the time when the people of Graal-Müritz celebrate the park festival with their guests. The ocean of blossoms doesn't only attract florists; the beautiful colors, scents and shapes draw in a wide range of people. The organizers have dedicated their efforts this year to produce and "Ocean of Blossoms & the Magic of Blossoms." The blooming park also creates the scenery for the now annual arts and crafts market. Midsummer Night Festival

22 June 2013

We celebrate according to the Nordic traditional midsummer night. The longest day of the year is celebrated with a large bond fire on the beach. Food and beverages are available as well as music and a dance on the pier.

Pier festival

12 till 14 July 2013

Annually, the people of Graal-Müritz celebrate a lavish pier festival with plenty of live music, dancing and entertainment on and around the pier. This festival offers entertainment for the whole family on two stages. The festival culminates in a brilliant firework.

Summer Festival

A diverse program entertains our guests during the summer. A lively market atmosphere and a summer festival with everything a party needs will are offered during the festival. Local artists display their skills, DJs supply the music for a day or night full of dancing, while children have several entertainment options.

Festival for the Moor Ghosts

13 till 14 September 2013

It will be spooky and beautiful when you hear, "the moor ghosts are coming". This spooky tour was already a huge success and fun for young and old. Witches, fairies, ghosts, trolls and all their friends and guests come together on the streets and in the marshland to celebrate and dance.

5. Walking Night

12 October 2013

This competitive event will be held for the third time. The TSV Graal-Müritz, the Aquadrom and the Tourism und Kur GmbH organize this event. Eligible are all walkers and Nordic walkers. Every participants and guests are invited to the "After Walk Party."

"Kites on the pier" - kites for everyone

12 till 13 October 2013

On 12th and 13th of October the 2nd "flying kites with the whole family" event will take place in Graal-Müritz. Starting at 11:00 am, there will be music, fun, games and everything is kite themed. Everyone is invited to test the airworthiness of his own kite. In case you don't have a kite yet, not a problem, the co-organizer of this event (Bicycle store Thon) can help you to build your own or simply buy one. A number of large kites will be there to make the Baltic sky a little more colorful. At 7:00 pm a lantern procession starts on the playground at beach-restaurant "Seeblick" going towards the pier. Another highlight will be the night air show of the large kites, which begins at 07:30 pm.

Arts and Crafts Fair

The "Haus des Gastes" (the guest house) becomes a traditional pre-Christmas arts and craft fair, which encourages you to stop by, look and buy some of the products. This is a good chance to buy a creative and unique present for your loved ones.
